Making A Purchase:
If you are an organisation and would like to pay by invoice please make note of step 3 option 2.
Making a purchase could not be easier just follow the website prompts which will guide you through the following steps.
Step 1 – Filling Your Cart
- Choose the item you wish to purchase.
- Make sure you have clicked on an option if there is an option box showing. (It will say an option hasn’t been chosen if you have missed it).
- Then click "Add to cart" (a list of the items in your cart will appear).
- To continue shopping either click previous page top left (useful links) to go back to the last page you were on, or click "Continue" to return to the home page to search other categories.
Step 2 – Checking Out
- When you want to finsh shopping Click "Checkout".
- You will be asked for your email address then click "New Customer". Fill in your details name, address, phone number and create a password (ensuring you fill in all the starred sections before continuing). Alternatively, if you are a returning customer enter your password to login.
- Click "Continue".
- An order summery will come up please check items and quantities.
Step 3 - Making Payment
There are three ways to make payment:
Option 1 - Payment online by card.
Option 2 - Payment by purchase order and invoice.
Option 3 - Payment by cheque.
Option 1 - Payment Online
At the check out:
- Payment method - Choose the pay on line option.
- Click "Checkout".
- You will be taken to a secure banking page hosted by Protx (for more info about secure transactions go to www.Protx.com).
- Fill in your card details.
- Complete transaction.
- You will receive an email from us confirming your order and an email from Protx confirming your secure transaction.
Option 2 - Payment by Invoice
At the check out:
- Payment method - Choose Invoice/purchase order.
- Input instructions in the comments box.
- Click "Checkout".
- Your order will be sent to Muddy Faces.
- We will then confirm your organisation wishes to place the order this will be on receipt of an official purchase order or a confirmation email.
Option 3 - Payment by Cheque
At the check out:
- Payment method - Choose pay by cheque.
- Click "Checkout".
- Your order will be sent to Muddy Faces.
- Send a cheque for the full amount with a copy of the order to us.
- Your order will be processed on recipt of payment.
If you would like to Edit your Order
Click on the &Shopping Cart& button to view and edit the contents of your shopping cart. We accept credit/debit card payments. |
