Making A Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier.  Simply follow our website prompts and you will be guided through the following steps:-

Step 1 – Filling Your Cart - Choose the item you wish to purchase, making sure you have clicked on an option if there is one available. Then click "Add to cart"  where your full list of items will appear. If you wish to continue shopping click Previous Page, in the top left to return to the page you were on (useful links) or click "Continue" to return to the home page to search for other products. 

Step 2 – Checking Out - When you have finished shopping Click "Checkout". New customers are requested to enter an email address and click "New Customer". Fill in your details: name, address, phone number and create a password (ensuring you fill in all the starred sections before continuing). If you are a returning customer enter your password to login and click "Continue". Once this process is complete an order summary will appear. Check items and quantities carefully.

Step 3 - Making Payment Payment is simple and can be done in any of the three following methods:

Option 1 - Payment Online

At the check out: - Payment method - Choose the pay online option. - Click "Checkout" and you will be directed to a secure banking page hosted by SagePay (for more info about secure transactions go to www.sagepay.com). - Fill in your card details. - Complete transaction. - You will receive an email from us confirming your order and an email from SagePay confirming your secure transaction.

Option 2 - Payment by Purchase Order / Invoice (only available for organisations)

At the check out: - Payment method - Choose Invoice/purchase order option. - Input instructions in the comments box. - Click "Checkout". - Your order will be sent to Muddy Faces. - We will then confirm your organisations wishes to place the order which we will send out on the receipt of either an official purchase order or a confirmation email. For all orders placed by purchase order with a net value of over £200 we will offer complimentary postage.

Option 3 - Payment by Cheque

At the check out: - Payment method - Choose pay by cheque option. - Click "Checkout". - Your order will be sent to Muddy Faces. - Send a cheque through the post for the full amount with a copy of the order to us. - Your order will be processed on receipt of payment.
