Postage & Packing
The products supplied by Muddy Faces vary hugely in both size and weight. The Postage and Packing will be given for each order at the check out before purchase. Muddy faces have a policy to reduce packing materials where possible without compromising the protection of your goods. If you know of any materials or methods of delivery that have less of an environmental impact then please tell us about them by emailing info@muddyfaces.co.uk.
Postage and Packing Prices
Most orders are sent out by courier. The standard charge for postage is £7.99 +VAT or £4.50 for light orders depending on your items. This price will be shown at the checkout.
For orders paid for by Purchase Order and Invoice:
Postage is free for orders over £250. (this is for orders placed by purchase order/invoice only) All orders whatever size paid for online will be charged postage.
If you are placing an order to be processed by purchase order at the check out your total will show postage - This will not be included on your invoice if your order is more than £250.00.
Delivery Schedule
Muddy Faces source a huge range of items. Some are held in stock, some are special orders.
Special orders take different times to be prepared. An outline of the delivery time will be given in the product description. If there is no specified delivery time then you should expect your goods to arrive between 7 – 14 working days.
Tax Charges
Muddy Faces is Vat Registered but no VAT is charged on children’s clothing.

Guarantee
We hope that you will be more than satisfied with all your purchases from Muddy Faces. If, for some reason, an item fails after reasonable use please contact us or send the item back with a copy of the date of purchase and a description of how it has failed. We will then contact the manufacturer and endeavor to resolve the matter. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
